Q:How much cover does Churchill legal assistance service provide?
A:
CLAS will provide up to £100,000 of legal costs to recover uninsured losses that cannot be claimed from any insurance policy, these include:
- Compensation for injury or death
- Your excess
- Loss of earnings
- Out of pocket expenses (such as a hire car or public transport costs). Churchill Legal Assistance Service also extends cover to drivers named on your current Certificate of Motor Insurance and for any passengers travelling in your car at the time of the accident
