Churchill Legal Assistance Service provides you with up to 100,000 of legal costs if you have an accident involving your car which is not your fault. You will be provided with the reassurance that we will manage the process of recovering your uninsured losses for you. These include: compensation for death or injury, policy excess, loss of earnings, travel costs and accident repair costs if you do not have comprehensive cover.
