Q:If you have been unable to obtain proof my no claim discount (NCD) what should I do?

A:

Please send us your most recent renewal notice or letter from your insurer confirming the following:

  • Insurer’s name
  • Policy expiry date
  • Policy number
  • Your name
  • Number of years NCD

This should be sent to:
