Q:Are legal expenses covered under home insurance?

The Family Legal Protection policy option provides up to 50,000 of legal fees to pursue the following types of claims.
- Employment disputes: Sex, race and disability discrimination, unfair dismissal, breach of contract.
- Personal Injury: Accidents at work, accidents in public places e.g. restaurants, accidents while cycling or in a car, medical or clinical negligence.
- Contract Disputes: Purchase of a faulty car, a poor holiday experience, purchase of faulty goods, purchase of negligently performed services.
