Q:How can I get an update on my home insurance claims status?
A:
When you reported your claim to us, we would have given you an estimate timescale for when you would receive an update and/ or a visit.
Due to the recent bad weather conditions, we are receiving significantly increased volumes of claims relating to severe weather such as burst pipes and other weather related incidents. We’re doing all we can to progress claims as quickly as possible.
Should your claim be non-essential you may find it easier to call back at a later time, however, if you require an update on an urgent claim please phone us on 0845 603 3590.
