Your name and date of birth act as a reference allowing us to identify you on our database should you have had a quotation or have bought a policy in the past and ensure we do not issue a pet policy to anyone under the age of eighteen years old.
Finally the address is important as it is used as a rating factor as the cost of veterinary care varies throughout the UK and as such the amount that is claimed may be higher or lower depending on where you live.
