Q:How do I go about selecting voluntary excess on pet insurance and what are the benefits?
A:
The vet fee excess is the amount you pay for each separate condition claimed. This is taken only once per condition. To reduce the premium on the policy you can opt to select an additional voluntary excess of £30, £40 or £50 in addition to the standard excess of £55 for cats and £65 for dogs
