Q:How do I make a Travel claim?
A:
For an inpatient medical claim, you will need to call Emergency Assistance Services on 01252 740 050 if in the UK or +44 (0)1252 740 050 if abroad. Lines are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Please quote reference IGCS 1482.
For all other claims, please call us within 31 days of the incident to obtain a claim form. Call us on 0845 603 3591 from within the UK or +44 (0)1252 456 602 from anywhere else in the world. Please quote reference IGCS 1482.
